  • HOW I WILL BE INFORMED ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
    You receive a notification via e-mail when your purchase is dispatched, at that time you will also receive the tracking number from us.
  • CAN I SEE WHERE MY ORDER IS?
    As soon as your order leaves our logistics department, you will receive an email with further details on the delivery date. In this email you will find a link that allows you to determine the exact transport status of your shipment online.
  • DO I HAVE TO PAY COSTS FOR MUTLIPLE ORDERS?
    If you choose the "standard delivery" option, and your delivery did not leave for delivery you do not have to pay shipping costs. However, if you have selected the "Express Delivery" option, you must pay the shipping costs for each individual purchase. Furthermore, an order cannot be combined with another order after it has been completed in the online shop.
  • DO YOU DELIVER ABROAD?
    Goods ordered at www.XIIC.nl can be delivered to the recipient within BeNeLux. Customers from other countries have the opportunity to order from XIIC as well.
